From built-in storage to contemporary design selections, it’s all in the details. These apartments offer a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher & microwave). There are beautiful blue lower cabinets & white upper cabinets with gold & brushed nickel cabinet pull handles. Each apartment has a private balcony, custom built in closets, kitchen island, and a gorgeous tile backsplash in the kitchen! For laundry, there is a full-sized front-loading washer/dryer in each apartment!

The 12 Twelve is also reserved for Graduates and Professionals only!

Utility Information: Water, sewer, and trash are covered by a monthly $80 utility fee.  Residents are responsible for electricity as well as cable/internet if desired.

Parking: 1 parking space is included with each apartment. Partially covered & fully covered parking spaces are available. There are also 2 electronic vehicle charging station spaces.  Additional street parking is available as well.  *All parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
