Nestled between JPA and Stadium Road, residents enjoy large eat-in kitchens and wall-to-wall carpeting.  Apartment #1 is the only one-bedroom apartment that offers a den, which is can be utilized as an office or additional living space.

A monthly $60 utility fee covers your apartment’s monthly water/sewer/trash/gas.

Parking Policy:  There are 8 available parking spaces offered through the City of Charlottesville.  City permits can be purchased for a small fee determined by the city council each year.
