Parking Stickers

As previously announced, parking passes for Woodrow Apartments, Rugby Apartments, Rugby McIntyre, The Pointe, and Carrollton Terrace will be available for purchase as of 11:00AM on June 3, 2013.  Parking passes will be leased on a first-come-first-served basis. 

Please note, requests for parking must be completed on-line via the MSC website.  We cannot accept walk-in, phone, or written requests.

Parking spaces are limited, and requests will be time-stamped by our server indicating when the request was received.  Once all spaces have been purchased, no further requests will be accepted.

Please note: You will be charged for parking starting on the commencement date of your lease through the end of your lease term.  The fee will be prorated for any partial months.  If you pick up keys after the start date of your lease, you will be required to pay any outstanding balances for your parking fees before you can receive your parking sticker.

If you are currently leasing  a parking space for the 2012-2013 leasing season, your parking sticker  will terminate on the expiration date of your lease.  If you have renewed your apartment lease for the 2013-2014 leasing season, you must REAPPLY in order to obtain a new parking sticker for the renewal term.

If you are subleasing your apartment over the summer, your subtenant will be required to obtain a temporary parking pass from the Leasing Office.  Any vehicle without a parking sticker will be towed from the parking lot, without exception.

Directions:

• Parking forms will be available via the MSC website (www.livewithMSC.com/parkingsticker.cfm) at 11:00AM on June 3, 2013.  Please note, you will not be able to access or submit your parking form prior to this time.
• All parking forms will be available under the “Parking” link found on the homepage.
• In order to submit the appropriate parking form, you will need to choose the correct property from the drop-down menu.
• In order to complete the parking form, you will need to provide all information requested.  This includes: Your name, apartment address, phone number, e-mail address, make and model of your car, the color of your car, your license plate number, and the state in which the car is registered.
• Once you have completed the form, you will be able to submit it directly from the parking link by clicking on the “submit” button at the bottom of the screen.  Please note, by submitting your parking form you are entering into a legally binding contract.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you within 48 hours after you have submitted your request. You will need to retain your e-mail confirmation as it will be required in order to receive your parking pass and pay all applicable fees.  New residents may obtain a parking pass on the commencement date of their new lease.  Renewing residents may obtain a parking pass at any time after receiving the email confirmation.
