Utilities included in rent are internet, water/sewer, and trash removal. Apartments with more people than bedrooms will be charged a $25 fee per additional person each month.
Select apartments offer limited access entry, a washer/dryer and fireplace in the actual apartment.
Residents are also provided 24-hour Emergency Maintenance and are encouraged to use the MSC clubhouse, known as the "MadHouse."
Woodrow Apartments offers private off-street parking for $45/month. Parking stickers go on sale June 15th and are sold on a first come first serve basis. Parking spaces are limited.
