Overview
1821 JPA Apartments include 15 contemporary one bedroom apartments. Lofted apartments include cathedral ceilings and spiral staircases leading to a lofted bedroom. Garden-style apartments feature a one-level apartment located on the lower level.

All apartments include carpet flooring and central air conditioning. Residents enjoy private off-street parking, on-site laundry facilities and a short walk to the University of Virginia Central Grounds or Hospital.

Residents are also provided 24-hour Emergency Maintenance and are encouraged to use the MSC clubhouse, known as the "MadHouse."

1821 JPA includes private off-street parking. All residents receive a parking sticker for FREE, and each apartment has a reserved parking space. The property is also located along the Outer and Inner UVA bus routes.
